Advice and information service on wide range of issues including employment opportunities, social care and health, welfare benefit, mental health and pension rights. We aim to support refugees, disabled children and elderly people and their families who are in need of assistance in order to take control of their daily living conditions. Children educational activities such as homework clubs, adult education (ESOL) and youth leisure activities. Monthly health awareness and workshops for Carers.

    SOVA Connect receives referals from 8 West Midlands regions - short sentence prisoners who require post-release mentoring. We recruit volunteer mentors to deliver this mentoring. Mentors help beneficiaries work through an action plan produced whilst in prison. The aim of the action plan is to assist them in resettling back into the community, more specifically to access education, training or employment.

Founded in 2013, we make aesthetically driven, gently provocative performance and installation work that engages all of our audience’s senses. Our work is always accessible, actively seeking to welcome, include and support. Our Professional Company is currently working on a new show called Woods for the Trees (20 and 21 Jan 2023). Performed live over Zoom with gift parcels full of sensory goodies posted out to audience members, the show celebrates the cosiness we find indoors in the winter and the unexpected pleasures of the woods if we're brave enough to venture out. We have several other programmes of work including playful garden installations in public unused spaces, community workshops and long-term projects with a particular focus on working with those who are not currently served well by publicly funded culture, and artist development.
