Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited
Adullam Homes was established in 1973 and has since then been a specialist provider of supported housing. Unlike most other Housing Associations, Adullam is not a provider of general needs housing. We own some 408 properties and manage a further 345 all of which are specifically provided for people who are vulnerable. As an organisation, Adullam's core goal is to help the most vulnerable and aften most excluded members of society, regardless of their background, so diversity and inclusion are concepts we hold dear. Our role is to provide realistic options to individuals and to then support them in making the choices which may help them change their lives. Adullam Homes is different to the majority of Housing Associations. As well as providing affortable housing, Adullam also offers people significant social support and a bridge to a better life. Mental illness, drug addiction and prolific offending behaviour are just some of the complex social issues Adullam faces every day, while delivering housing support, advice and community-based services to residents and partner agencies. Our area of operation extends from the Midlands, through Manchester and Merseyside, to the North West. Adullam has been delivering housing support and advice plus community based services to resident and partner agencies for the past 36 years. Our mission statement is \'restoring hope and dignity through quality housing and support\'.
