Its beneficiaries are mainly from French speaking countries of Africa living in Sandwell and Birmingham. It provides a comprehensive range of advice and information on a wide range of issues such as applying for citizenship; benefit checks and money matters, housing matters; immigration matters; anti-social behaviour, Job search, reducing social isolation and Befriending.

    The Heart of Oldbury Community Hub is in the centre of Oldbury Town and shopping area. It is within easy access of the motorway network and within a five minute walk of the bus and railway stations. There is onsite parking at the area of the Hub. Set over two floors, facilities include secure interim access, wheelchair access, offices with IT equipment for hire, kitchen and toilets.Refreshments/catering can be arranged. Long term rental can be negotiated. Heart of Oldbury is used to provide social and community activities that are to benefit to the community for example, food bank, children’s and senior clubs, exercise sessions etc., with the aim of increasing community provision, reducing isolation and exclusion, improving the conditions of resident’s lives.

    Omega is an end of life charity working hard to raise standards in end of life care by supporting caregivers looking after someone with a terminal illness, people who are themselves end of life, and those who have been bereaved. We prioritise those aged over 75 and still caring or bereaved.

    To relieve poverty or financial hardship among Polish Roma migrant workers and their dependants living in Sandwell by providing free advice and assistance / to advance the education of Polish Roma migrant workers and their dependants living in Sandwell by providing principally, but not exclusively, English language teaching, IT classes, cookery skills and other forms of vocational training, advice and support / the provision of facilities / recreation or other leisure time occupation.
