We provide a range of services for the over 60's as follows:
Monday: Choir 10.45 - 12 noon
Walk in the Park 11.00 - 12 noon
Extend class 1.30 - 2.30pm
Tuesday: Extend classes 10.30, 11.30, 1.30 and 2.30
Wednesday: Falls Prevention Group 10.00 and 12 noon
Thursday: Extend classes at Hurch Green Church, Narrow Lane
Friday: Good Companions Lunch Club 10.00 anwards.
We also arrange monthly outings, annual holidays, one to one befriending visits, telephone link, information signposting and a quarterly newsletter.
PLEASE NOTE: We are based at the same address as Black Country Housing Group but we are a separate organisation.
